Refund Policy

A clear 7-day refund promise, statutory withdrawal information, and what happens to a refunded Cadivari licence.

Effective 9 September 2026SCHNEIDER DESIGNNorway

Cadivari’s 7-day refund promise. You may request a refund of a Cadivari licence within 7 calendar days of purchase, including after downloading or activating it. This voluntary promise is in addition to rights you may have under applicable law.

1 How to request a refund

Email licensing@cadivari.com from the purchaser email within 7 calendar days of purchase. Include the licence key or Stripe receipt/invoice number. You do not need to provide a reason, although feedback is welcome.

We will confirm the request and submit an approved refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear. Currency conversion or bank charges outside our control may not be recoverable.

For purchases sold through Link, you can also request transaction support through Link. Link may issue refunds under its own purchase terms, including in circumstances beyond Cadivari’s voluntary 7-day promise. Our voluntary time limit does not restrict rights provided by Link or applicable law.

2 What happens to the licence

When a refund is issued, the licence and its active computers are deactivated. You must stop using Cadivari and delete installed copies and installers. Project files and standard exports you created remain yours.

3 Limits of the voluntary promise

We may decline repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, fraudulent requests, chargeback abuse or a request made after the 7-day period. We will still provide every remedy required by applicable law, regardless of these limits.

Duplicate charges and payments taken after a confirmed cancellation or technical error will be corrected separately and are not limited by the voluntary period.

4 Consumer right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost when delivery begins if you first expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right will be lost.

Before Cadivari sends you to payment, the checkout form asks for that request and acknowledgement separately from acceptance of the Licence Terms. The purchase confirmation records it. Even where the statutory withdrawal right has ended, Cadivari’s voluntary 7-day refund promise above still applies.

5 Defects and statutory remedies

This policy does not limit legal rights when digital content is faulty, unsafe, unavailable or not as described. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to correction, a replacement release, a price reduction, termination/refund or compensation under applicable consumer law. Contact support@cadivari.com with the relevant details.

6 Model withdrawal notice

If you prefer to exercise a statutory withdrawal right rather than use the voluntary refund promise, you may email the following information. No particular wording is required.
